You may have heard via other nerd networks that the Phoenix rover on Mars stumbled upon some frozen water (AKA "ice") but what is a little disturbing to me is that it was announced via Twitter."Are you ready to celebrate? Well, get ready: We have ICE!!!!! Yes, ICE, *WATER ICE* on Mars! w00t!!! Best day ever!!" the Mars Phoenix Lander tweeted at about 5:15 pm on the 19th of June. What if Twitter had been down!?!?
