Engadget has a report today on a band comprised solely of robotic players.
The Trons appearing in their video appear to be a few electronic devices attached to poles with speakers for heads playing your classic rock instruments. It would have been nice to hear a proper kick (bass) drum in there instead of the drummer hitting the drum with a stick but that could probably be fixed with a quick firmware update.
