El Reg reports that a Victorian (Australia) man, who repeatedly made harrassing video calls to a woman to show himself whacking off, came unstuck when he made one of his calls while she was reporting his obscene behaviour at the local cop shop! The cops copped an eyeful then busted the badguy's balls.
