GM has released the in-car footage of the Corvette ZR1 doing its record breaking lap around the Nürburgring last month.This piece of American engineering made it around the 'Ring in 7:26.4 and reached almost 180mph (around 290 kph) at the end of the straight just before the finish line (see screenshot).
