If you've ever worked in IT Support or know someone who has worked in IT support you've probably already seen this video. Watch as a hapless web help guy deals with various people in his company when he is accidentally asked to restart a web server. It's hilarious (give it a chance to get into it).My favourite part? When the guy Remote Desktops over to the sales guy's PC. :)
