Over at Hi Fi Ring is a little write up on this baby, the HSU Research ULS-15 subwoofer. This explosion in a box will kick you in the guts with its 1000W BASH powered amp that can push enough air to produce 10Hz plus it has all the usual subwoofy stuff like phase switching and low frequency cutoff.
But what makes the ULS-15 unique is that it is wireless! Yep, no more worrying about where that rediculously long subwoofer cable is going to go or who will trip on it. Don't like the subby up the front? Well, just move it to the back of your room and switch the phase over... done.
Don't get too excited though, the ULS-15 pricing starts at $1,299 USD ($1,337 AUD) in a satin black finish up to $1,499 USD ($1,543 AUD) for the piano gloss black finish. Also, no mention of what frequency the wireless operates at so your guess is as good as mine if you'll be screwing up your wireless internet connection.
